MLK SONORAN HOCKEY LEAGUE ADULT CLASSIC!

Date/Time: Friday, January 13^th at 5PM through Sunday, January 15^th at 10PM

Place: Polar Ice Chandler and Polar Ice Gilbert

• ·         3 game minimum
• ·         4 teams per division minimum
• ·         2 man referee crew and game scorekeeper
• ·         75 minute game slots with 14 minute stop time periods
• ·         5 minute run time 4 on 4 for all overtime games in pool play!
• ·         14 minute run time 5 on 5 for all overtime for championship games
• ·         Tournament representative on site for all games
• ·         Event fully insured
• ·         Participation gift for all players
• ·         Awards for champions in each division
• ·         Discounted food and beverage (beer and wine included)
• ·         Professionally run event by a core group with over 30 years of hockey tournament experience.

·         TIER- These teams are made primarily of players with intermediate to advanced hockey skills.  These teams will be comparable to Polar Ice Chandler Tier 1, Tier 2, and Over 35A or Polar Ice Gilbert A league teams.  All players must be at least 18 years of age by the start date of the tournament. 

·         RECREATIONAL- These teams are made up of players with novice to intermediate hockey skills.  Some players may have high school or travel hockey experience, but have several years of playing experience in a recreational adult league.  These teams will be comparable to Polar Ice Chandler REC A, REC B,  and OVER 35B or Polar Ice Gilbert B league teams. All players must be at least 18 years of age by the start date of the tournament.

·         “C”-   These teams are made up of players with novice hockey skills.  Some players may have had some youth playing experience, but not at a high level.  These teams will be comparable to Polar Ice Chandler REC C or Polar Ice Gilbert C league teams.  All players must be at least 18 years of age by the start date of the tournament.

·         WOMEN- These teams are made up of women of all skill levels with all levels of experience. All players must be at least 18 years of age by the start date of the tournament. 

Team Fees are only $895 (Best Value Adult Tournament in the Valley!)

Registration will open Friday, December 9^th  2011 and will close on Monday, January 2^nd 2012.
